If you’re having trouble accessing a product, masterclass, or free download—email support@magicalmasterclass.com.
We’ll do our absolute best to get back to you within 48 hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PT). We believe in real support, by real humans.
Can I suggest a show topic?
Yes! We love that. If you’ve got a burning question or stuck moment, submit it right here. You can write it out or follow our 5-Sentence Spotlight format and send a video. It helps us feature your story and give the best possible answer.
How can I get coaching/mentoring?
Currently, there are two ways:
1. Magical Masterclass: Placemakers Coaching
A live, hands-on creative lab for anyone building something meaningful—physical or digital. Spots open quarterly. Get on the waitlist here.
2. Private Mentorship (Invite-Only)
For creators or companies working on high-impact, story-driven environments. If you think that’s you, reach out with a short pitch and we’ll be in touch if it’s a fit.
